Here is one of the barns favorite campouts… Nehalem Bay. And this one is just for the adults at the barn! You must be over 21 to participate. Ever dream of riding horses on the beach? This campout offers trails thru the pennisula and down the beach. This campout includes all food, so be sure to share any diet restrictions. A pack list will be available two weeks prior to departure. To sign up for this campout, you must be in a lesson program at Ride the West LLC and able to walk, trot and steer on your own. You will be assigned a horse for the duration of the campout and it is your responsibility to feed, water and clean its stall. We will be meeting at RTW at 2 pm on August 22nd to pack up horses, equipment, etc. and should return to RTW around 1pm on August 24th. These campouts fill up fast, so please grab a spot early. Additional family members can attend and participate in all activities and meals, except related to horses for $150 but must drive themselves to the location. $150 of the purchase price is nonrefundable to help cover expenses accrued by anticipated participation.
